Call for Abstracts

All participants are kindly invited to submit abstracts in English or French* between January 15, 2018 and June 28, 2018. Detailed instructions for abstract and paper submission will be available on the website shortly. Authors will receive notification of their abstract acceptance by October 1, 2018. Full paper submission will follow the abstract submission and acceptance.

Important Notes for Abstract Submission:

Format
The abstract (not including the title, authors’ affiliations) should contain up to 150 words. Do not include Figures, Tables or Pictures. The abstract should include a short background, and description of methods, results and conclusions.

Rule of Two
One participant can submit up to two papers as a presenting author. There is no restriction of abstract numbers for one participant as a co-author.

Review Process
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed in order to ensure the highest quality of the program.

* If you submit your abstract in French, you must provide an English translation of the abstract at the same time. You then submit your full paper in French only and make your presentation at the Congress in French.
